  Well Most are friendly but what I don't like is when you have to stand around at the customer service area a wait forever for someone to come help you when you have all these employees just standing around doing nothing. The least they can do is acknowledge you need some help. Also, I recently asked several different employees to find out about a product they pulled off the shelf to see when it was coming back or to find out what happened to it. They said they would look into it and asked for my number and still no one called so I asked 2 more employees separately and still nothing. The last one said she would get it done and call me; still nothing. Bunch of lazy liars that work there..except for a few.. there is one lady that works there that's nasty and rude but she's the only one that's really awful.

  I am not a customer of Wells Fargo, but I did use their atm on Monday to withdraw $400.00 from my account, (not a WF account) and paid the $3.00 fee to do so. I then took the $20.00 bills from the atm to the teller and asked if she would give me 4 x $100.00 bills. She asked if I had an account and I said no, she said that she could not exchange the bills unless I was a customer. I asked to speak to the manager, got the same response from her. I explained that I had paid $3 at their atm to get the cash, was not given an option to choose the denomination that I wanted and did not want to walk around with a pocket full of twenties. She looked at me as though I had 2 heads, and rudely said they don't exchange bills. What happened to good old customer service? I now see why Wells Fargo has lost a lot of its business with it's couldn't give a toss about customers attitude. I am new in the area and am looking for a bank, but Wells Fargo is not my kind of bank and won't be getting any of my banking business.
